Many of our clients present for assistance who simply want to improve their resilience, performance or well-being.
We can offer assessment and intervention for many of the lifestyle issues that pose problems in the busy lives of our clients. We work with issues such as weight management, stress management, those wanting to engage in healthier behaviours, and those wanting to generally increase their psychological resilience by training in psychological flexibility skills. We are also used to working with people in high pressure environments such as professional athletes, media and leaders in business.
