Louis Weinstock
Louis is a Psychotherapist and Coach with over 20 years experience supporting people through life's most challenging moments - loss, trauma, divorce, burnout, and breakdown.
As a practitioner, Louis integrates mindfulness, compassion, and embodied therapeutic techniques to help clients transform grief, trauma, and emotional distress into resilience and growth. His Transpersonal relational approach centres on the healing power of the therapeutic relationship while honouring our connection to something greater than ourselves that supports personal healing.
Before qualifying as a psychotherapist in 2014, Louis directed a therapeutic school in London for teenagers with complex trauma, a role that shaped his innovative, trauma-informed approach for clients of all ages. He later partnered with Headspace to co-design mindfulness interventions for trauma, and co-founded the multi-award-winning global charity Apart of Me, which supports young people navigating loss.
A sought-after voice on mental health and social change, Louis is the author of How The World Is Making Our Children Mad, And What To Do About It (Penguin, 2022), which won a Nautilus Gold Book Award for its visionary approach to collective healing. He also co-authored the Inner Beauty Bible, published by Harper Collins and translated into four languages.His work has been featured in BBC News, The Guardian, ITV, and The Telegraph.
Louis's clinical practice is rooted in the belief that every person - regardless of background - carries innate wisdom within their body and mind. His role is to help you reconnect with and trust this inner knowing.
