Phoebe Beveridge 

 (she/her) Clinical Psychologist, MPsych, BPsych (Hons) (Age range: 18+)

Phoebe is a Clinical Psychologist with particular interest working with individuals to understand and process their childhood trauma. Phoebe understands the sensitivity of addressing traumatic experiences and emphasises safety and control for clients wanting to recover from these difficult experiences.

She also works with clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, identity issues, life transitions, addiction, loss and grief, low self-esteem, and stress.

 

Phoebe brings her warm, compassionate, and genuine interpersonal style to therapy. She prioritises creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for every client, understanding the importance of emotional safety as a crucial prerequisite for effective therapy.

 

Phoebe has experience working with people from many walks of life, including individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals with a disability, and people with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

 

Approaching client presentations through a holistic and strengths-based lens, Phoebe works collaboratively with her clients to explore the historical and current factors that may be impacting their functioning in various areas of their life. Phoebe delivers client-centred, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support her clients to make long-lasting positive changes in their lives.

 

Phoebe draws on multiple therapeutic approaches, including Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy."

Phoebe has rooms available in Deansgate, Manchester City Centre but can also offer online consultations.
